Prior to adjourning for its summer recess, the U.S. Senate confirmed, by unanimous consent, three new members of the U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors. The new governors are Ron Bloom, Ramon Martinez IV and John Barger. With their confirmation, the Board of Governors will have a quorum for the first time since 2014. The new PRC Commissioners are Ann Fisher and Ashley Poling. The new commissioners will replace Nanci Langley and Tony Hammond.
