Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB)

Over the past few months, the U.S. Postal Service and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), in collaboration with Postal employee groups, including NAPS, developed two “Fact Sheets” related to the 2025 implementation of the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program.
NAPS has provided a link to the two Fact Sheets, one for employees and one for annuitants. Although the PSHB program is part of the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program and will continue to be managed by OPM, the actual plan options and premiums will not be available until immediately prior to the open season for 2025, which will take place in November 2024.
