70th National Convention

Hotel Rates & Reservations

Delegates and guests attending the 70th NAPS National Convention are responsible for making their own lodging reservations directly with the San Francisco Marriott Marquis Hotel. To make a reservation by phone, please call the Marriott at (877) 622-3056. Reference the group's name: National Association of Postal Supervisors. You may also book your room online using the reservation link below.

The National Convention single/double room rate is $239, plus applicable state and local taxes. Check-in time is 4 p.m.; check-out time is 11 a.m. Room rate is subject to availability.

Reservations are open until Friday, July 17, 2026. To guarantee reservations, the hotel must receive a deposit of one night's room rate and tax by major credit card at the time of the reservation. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before arrival or the deposit will be applied to your credit card. The hotel confirmation is your responsibility. NAPS Headquarters does not confirm lodging reservations.

Self-Nomination National Convention Committee Request form is NOW OPEN. When nominating yourself for a national convention committee, indicate your first, second, and third choice (if applicabl) committee assignment. No committee recommendation will be considered unless the delegat has registered and submitted their credentials prior to the national president's selection of committess on April 20, 2026.

All committee request forms must be received by midnight, March 31, 2026.
