Delegates and guests attending the 70th NAPS National Convention are responsible for making their own lodging reservations directly with the San Francisco Marriott Marquis Hotel. To make a reservation by phone, please call the Marriott at (877) 622-3056. Reference the group's name: National Association of Postal Supervisors. You may also book your room online using the reservation link below.
The National Convention single/double room rate is $282.72, taxes included. Check-in time is 4 p.m.; check-out time is 11 a.m. Room rate is subject to availability.
Reservations are open until Friday, July 17, 2026, 5:00pm EST. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before arrival or the deposit will be applied to your credit card. The hotel confirmation is your responsibility. NAPS Headquarters does not confirm lodging reservations.

From SFO to hotel:

BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit): Catch the train at SFO, loacated in Internatonal terminal, directly to the Powell Street Station. From there, it is a short 2-3 block walk (approximately 5-10 minutes) to the Marriott Marquis. The trip takes about 30 to 35 minutes.

Uber, Lyft and Waymo operate at SFO. A ride to the hotel generally takes 30-45 minutes.

From OAK to hotel:

BART: The BART station is just across the street from the OAK terminals. Take a quick 8-minute train ride from OAK to the Coliseum BART station, then transfer to a San Francisco-bound train to get off at Powell Street Station. From there, it is a short 2-3 block walk (approximately 5-10 minutes) to the Marriott Marquis. Total travel time is about 50-60 minutes.

Substitution Request Form
All Substitution forms must be received by midnight, July 24, 2026.
Selections for all National Convention committees were made by the NAPS National President. All selected committee members (with the exception of the Ballot Committee) were notified in early May via email. For questions, please contact NAPS at (703) 836-9660.
Once you register online, you should receive your registration receipt within 24 hours to the "Attendee's Email" provided during registration. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still have not received your receipt, please email napshq@naps.org to request a copy. The "Branch Email" (optional) provided during registration will be sent a manual copy by NAPS HQ within the week that you register.
Please send a written request to napshq@naps.org to request a refund. Note: Refund requests will only be accepted until July 24, 2026.
Please use this Substitution Request Form to submit all substitution requests. You may type directly on the form and click the arrow in the upper right-hand corner to download the final version (select "with your changes") OR click "Print" and change the printer selection to "Save as PDF" which will prompt you to save the file. Please email the completed form to napshq@naps.org. All substitution requests must be emailed to napshq@naps.org on or before July 24, 2026. No on-site substitutions will be permitted.
No, the process will be entirely electronic this year! Once you register, a credential will be automatically created for you, based on the branch # entered when you registered, and sent to your respective Branch President for signature.
Once they have electronically signed the form, you, the Branch President, and NAPS HQ will all receive a copy of your completed Delegate Credential form. Note: the credential will be sent to you to the "attendee email" you entered at registration. If you enter your email incorrectly, you will not receive a copy of your signed credential. NAPS HQ will have electronic records of all completed Delegate Credential forms on-site.
Additional tickets should only be purchased for guests wishing to attend only the Grand Banquet on Friday night and not other NAPS-sponsored events, including meals, throughout the week. For the latter, please purchase a full Guest registration through the regular National Convention registration portal.
You will need to purchase a full "Guest" registration through the National Convention online registration portal. Only those registered to attend the entire convention will be permitted to attend NAPS-sponsored breakfasts.. Meal tickets will be printed off with your name badge at registration check-in which will be required for entry to all meal times. Breakfast is not included for non-registered guests.
Self-Nomination National Convention Committee Request form is NOW CLOSED. When nominating yourself for a national convention committee, indicate your first, second, and third choice (if applicable) committee assignment. No committee recommendation will be considered unless the delegate has registered and submitted their credentials prior to the national president's selection of committees on April 20, 2026.
All committee request forms must be received by midnight, March 31, 2026.
