To complete the Form 1187 below, fill in all required information from your name down to the employee signature & date line. Then click "Complete." You may either download a copy of your completed form on the next page, or a copy will be automatically emailed to your non-postal email provided on the form. There is no need to create an account. You will be entered in the drawing automatically upon submitting your Form 1187 to join NAPS.
NAPS members are placed in branches based on their official finance numbers. If you don't know what NAPS Branch number you will be placed in (and the dues amount), you can leave these fields below the employee signature line blank. NAPS Headquarters will complete this information during processing. NAPS dues range from $5-20 per pay period across the country, depending on the branch.
This is an official form authorizing payroll dues deductions, which you will see listed on your pay stub with the organiztion code "S" for NAPS, once they are activated by USPS HR Shared Services Center.
