All refund & substitution requests must be emailed to napshq@naps.org on or before July 14, 2024. No on-site substitutions will be permitted.
Due to the overwhelming number of committee requests that were submitted, NAPS headquarters has decided to push the committee selection date to the end of April. This will give delegates who have submitted requests for a committee assignment, time to register for the national convention. One of the important rules concerning committee assignments is that all committee members must be registered for the National Convention prior to the NAPS President committees’ selection.
All nominees will be notified thereafter of their selection status.
Delegates and guests attending the 69th National Convention are responsible for making their own lodging reservations directly with the Foxwoods Resort Casino. To make a reservation, please call the resort at 1(800) 369-9663.

Parking is free and available in four covered garages at Fooxwoods Resort Casino. Valet parking is available at both the Grand Pequot Tower and The Fox Tower.
The hotel room block expires on July 17, 2024. Reservations made after that date may be at a higher rate, if available at all.
To guarantee reservations, the hotel must receive a deposit of one night's room rate and tax by major credit card at the time of the reservation. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before arrival or the deposit will be applied to your credit card. The hotel confirmation is your responsibility. NAPS Headquarters does not confirm lodging reservations.
NAPS is pleased to announce that DATTCO will be provided shuttle services during the conference to and from Bradley Airport (BDL) in Hartford, Connecticut and TF Green Airport (PVD) in Providence, Rhode Island.

Valid Sunday, August 11th only - Access the Grand Pequot indoor pool on the 9th floor of the Grand Pequot Tower using your NAPS Badge.
Guests must present NAPS Badge prior to accessing pool area.
Additional tickets for the Grand Banquet can be purchased at the button below for $120 each. Please note: entry to this event is included with registration - additional banquet tickets should only be purchased for guests wishing to attend only the Grand Banquet. For access to other NAPS sponsored events and meals, throughout the week, please use the National Convention registration portal to purchase a full Guest Registration.
Table numbers will be assigned to all registered attendees by their respective Regional & Area Vice Presidents after registration closes on July 9, 2024. It is strongly recommended that any attendees wishing to bring a guest, to purchase their guest’s Banquet Ticket before the deadline to ensure proper seating arrangements. Any Banquet Tickets purchased after the deadline does not guarantee seating arrangements with the attendee or guest’s area or branch.

If you appreciate a classic, treelined course design in a PGA Tour quality condition, then it doesn’t get any better than a day or round at Blackledge Country Club. The golf course recently underwent a $4.5 million renovation project and the hard work shows! The 2024 NAPS Golf Tournament in conjunction with the 69th National Convention will tee off at 9 a.m., Sunday morning, August 11, at the beautiful Blackledge Country Club.
The tournament fee is $130 and includes green fees, golf cart, range balls, prizes and lunch at the course.
Registrations must be postmarked by June 30th for the $130 rate.
Registrations postmarked after June 30th will be $145.
Whatever your skill level and passion for golf, please join New Haven, CT, Host Branch 3 for a round of golf and lunch banquet afterward.
Note: When booking your day tour, "One way" will be automatically selected. This ticket selection includes both the departure
