Butts and Secretary/Treasurer Jimmy Warden attended symposiums in National Harbor, MD, and Nashville, TN, for Customer Service supervisors conducted by the USPS Chief Retail and Delivery Office. The events brought together supervisors from across the country for training, networking and to hear from senior postal leadership.
